Greater than Reagan
There are many I’m sure that will disagree with this article. After all Ronaldo’s Magnus (aka Ronald Reagan) has been seen by most main stream Republicans as the greatest president of all time; only second to Abraham Lincoln.
Abraham Lincoln is credited with ending slavery and the civil war while Ronald Regan is credited with ending the Cold War by telling Mikhail Gorbachev to “Tear down that wall” (Berlin wall) and initiating the collapse of the Soviet Union as well as freeing enslaved East Germans.
Thus far in President Donald Trump’s nearly two and a half years as president, he has incurred nearly every kind of obstacle imaginable from riots in the streets by immature “snowflake” millennials and Hillary Clinton spoiled sports to Obama Democrat’s creating a false scenario of Presidential candidate Trump colluding with Russia in order to defeat Hillary Clinton in the 2016 Presidential election.
Even in the midst of all of this, President Trump has ended the war with ISIS destroying them entirely, beginning the building of the Southern border wall and freeing all Americans from the bondage of economic slavery and the freedom once again to pursuit, “life, liberty and happiness”.
Lincoln and Reagan were great presidents but President Trump rose too far greater heights than Ronald Reagan, because of how much he has achieved in such a short period of time.
Let’s compare the accomplishments of both President Trump and President Reagan:
President Ronald Reagan’s accomplishments:
Remember the accomplishments listed for President Reagan are after 8 years in office.
President Reagan was elected with the largest Electoral College Victory in modern times.
President Reagan pressed to instill within the American people “American exceptionalism” emphasizing both the greatness of the American people as well as her ability to accomplish anything.
President Reagan also made far reaching tax cuts which affected everyone from the richest to the poorest. These form of tax cuts would later be called, “Trickledown economics”.
President Reagan created the “Reagan Doctrine” which was twofold: 1) Build up our military and 2) support anti-communist regimes and forces in Soviet backed communist nations.
President Reagan brought the cold war to an end.
President Reagan improved the overall American economy reducing unemployment from 7.1% to 5.5%.
President Reagan created the “Strategic Defense Initiative” a.k.a. “Star Wars” which was based on President Reagan’s statement “…it is better to save lives than to avenge them”. One part of the plan was to put satellites into space able to monitor enemy missiles launched toward the United States and intercept them with either missiles or lasers.
President Donald Trump’s accomplishments:
Keep in mind that President Trump has only been in office 2 years and 7 months and in that time has accomplished 289 things to which the media will even give him credit. It would be impossible to list them all in this article so we will list the more obvious accomplishments.
President Trump successfully flipped Democratic electoral college votes from states they had previously dominated in the past six Presidential elections surprisingly defeating front runner Hillary Clinton.
He has created over 4 million new jobs by undoing Obama’s regulations and providing the lowest unemployment for minorities in history.
He got conservative judges Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh placed on the Supreme Court.
The stock market is at an all-time high.
Consumer confidence is at an all-time high.
Mortgage applications for new homes are at a 7 year high.
He signed the promoting women in entrepreneurship act.
He gutted 800 Obama era regulations thus freeing up companies to hire again and get the economy moving once again.
He ended the war on coal and caused a new mine for coal mining to open that will mine clean coal. He also put the miners back to work.
Weakened Dodd-Frank regulations.
Promotes buying and hiring American.
Investments from major businesses such as Foxconn, Ford ,Toyota, Intel amd others will build here now.
Reduced illegal immigration by over 70%.
Construction of the border wall is underway.
He’s fighting back against sanctuary cities.
Won the war against and destroyed ISIS.
Worked to reduce the cost of the F-35 fighter jets.
Imposed a five year lobbying plan.
Sanctioned Iran over its’ missile program.
Responded to Syria’s use of chemical weapons.
Reduced tax reform plan.
He’s renegotiating NAFTA.
He withdrew from the Trans Pacific Partnership thus keeping jobs here.
He pulled us out of the Paris Climate Accords thus saving us millions of dollars every year.
Created a task force to reduce crime.
The DOJ is targeting dangerous gangs like MS-13.
Signed independence and economic growth law.
Signed an executive order to protect police officers and target drug cartels.
Signed an executive order for religious freedom.
His administration is working on sending education back to the states.
He’s fixing the dept. of Veterans affairs so now vets can choose their own doctors and be covered. This also protects whistle blowers and allows VA to terminate bad employees..
Authorized construction of the Keystone and Dakota pipelines. The Dakota pipeline is up and running without harming the environment.
Created commissions on election fraud and opioid addiction.
Food stamp use is the lowest level in seven years.
Reduced the White House payroll saving taxpayers millions of dollars.
He’s donating his salary to various causes.
Signed 52 pieces of legislation.
Cut 600 billion from UN peacekeeping mission.
Gas prices lowest in more than 12 years.
Started the United States Space Force
Initiated a new goal for the United States to return to the moon by 2024 and from there to Mars ASAP.
President Donald Trump has done more for America in his short term of office than any other president in history. America should be proud and most are of the greatest American President ever.
We must all give thanks to God for this president and pray for God’s blessings and protection of President Trump, his family and administration.
